Service and ambiance were great! The food was excellent and I felt safe in the COVID era. The pangs were so prevalent that it feels remiss to merely report that there is a new French restaurant in Denver, with a big dining room dressed in white tablecloths and orchids as centerpieces. In one particularly painful moment at the restaurant last week, Le Bilboquet’s maitre d’ Will Steck described for journalists his coming-of-age at the Upper East Side restaurant, where his father would take him for dinner after practice. Nevertheless he let us in after making a stinky comment. Highly recommend you request her as your server. Service wasn’t bad however we were going to make a substitute for one of the side dishes and request to split each of the entrees. We also can discuss buyout events and parties in our lounge area or on our patio! We’re normal people, not flashy society types but this beautiful, trendy restaurant treated us like VIP’s and delivered an exceptional experience. We had an exceptional brunch.
